Insufficient credit

The identity's prepaid credit is spent, for applications that enforce credit. A join is refused. During a call it first arrives as a warning event about a minute ahead — err.info.endsAt and err.info.remainingCredits — and the call then ends quota_exhausted at endsAt.

What to do: Show the user your own words for it, and top the identity up through the credits API before endsAt.
