Protocol error

The server could not accept the request as sent — a malformed frame, or a request that contradicts itself, like a call naming a queue the application does not have. With the SDKs this means a bug, in the SDK or in what the host passed it.

What to do: Log detail and report it. Do not retry unchanged.
