Quota exhausted · HTTP 403

Your application is at one of its configured quotas — concurrent rooms, for example. A join or call is refused; a call already running over a spent quota ends with the reason quota_exhausted.

What to do: Ask the operator to raise the quota, or end rooms you no longer need. The usage.threshold webhook warns before a quota is reached.
