The access token's jti has been used before. Every token is single-use: the signaling server spends it on connect, and POST /v1/tokens/introspect spends it too.

What to do: Never cache a token or share one between tabs. Pass TalklineClient a function that fetches a fresh token from your backend; it calls it again for every reconnect.
