function useRecording(): object;

The room's recording, as Room.recording says it, and acknowledge for a user who agrees to be recorded by it. Show it whenever it is active: every participant has a right to know, recorded or not, and the words are the host's. Call acknowledge only when the user said so; in a room whose recording has consentRequired the user is recorded from then on. Null outside a room and until the room is recorded.
