STUN and TURN, for a client holding an access token.

GET /v1/ice-servers
The only route a client may call, with its access token. It verifies the token and does not spend it. The token must carry roomJoin or recorder. A client normally never calls it: the same list arrives in the protocol's ConnectedEvent.
Credential: A client's access token — Authorization: Bearer <token>
Rate limit: ice, 20 a minute per identity
Response 200 — The ICE servers.
