What call() takes besides whom it rings.
Properties

ringTimeoutSec? | number | How long a direct call rings before it ends no_answer: 5–120 seconds, 30 by default. A queue call rings each member for the queue's own time. |
token? | TokenSource | The token source to connect with, if the client is not connected yet; it replaces the client's, as connect(token) does. |
