Interface: TrackDisplay

How a host is showing a remote track: whether it can be seen at all, and how large it is drawn, in device pixels.

Deliberately not SFU vocabulary. A host knows which tiles are on screen and how big they are; it should not have to know that the server calls the answer paused and preferred_layer, or that there are three layers. In an sfu room the SDK turns this into SetSubscriptions; in a p2p room there is nothing to choose between and it does nothing.
