Interface: QueueProgress

A queue call's progress: the server picks the callee, one member at a time, and tells only the caller where it stands.

Properties

Property	Type	Description
agent	string | null	The member who answered (QueueAssigned).
estimatedWaitSec	number | null	About how long the caller has left to wait, in seconds; null while the server gives no estimate, and never 0. (The server sends 0 for "no estimate", which is all it sends today.)
failure	string | null	Why the server gave up (QueueFailed): no_agents_available, whether nobody was eligible or the queue's wait or attempts ran out. Treat any other code the same way. A code, not words: what to say is the host's. CallEnded follows it, and is what ends the call.
name	string	The queue the call was placed to, as the host named it: slug or id.
position	number | null	1-based, from the latest QueueUpdate; null until one arrives.
